Internal-Share ("the Service") is provided for internal use by its own employees and contractors. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use only

The Service is restricted to individuals explicitly authorized by the company. It is not a public product and must not be shared with, or used on behalf of, anyone outside the organization. Access may be revoked at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate company business — accessing shared company documents and, where applicable, archiving your own company mail and files. You may not attempt to access another user's data, circumvent access controls, or use the Service in any way that violates Google's API Services User Data Policy.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranty of any kind. The company is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
